Since the ninties of 20 century, with steadily accelerating of the integration process of the global economy,and the rapidly developing of computer technology, the global telecommunications industry has steadily been reformed like a rising wind and scudding clouds.it has become the one of the sharpest change enterprise.In china the telecommunications service is regarded as strategic industry that is related to the national economy and the people's Iivelihood,and the government of China has been innovating telecommunications industry like a raging fire. The whole eighties of 20 century.is the maximal change decade of the china's telecommunications industry. The reformations have introduced competition,which greatly advances development of the china's telecommunications industry. But after the signature of WTO agreement, it is a problem to be considered to china's telecommunications corporation how to compete to foreign corporation at the domestic and foreign field.Anhwei mobile market is whole reformational reduction.The paper exercises the theory of economics to compare the competition between Anhui Mobile Communication Co.,Ltd.and China Unicom Anhui Co.,Ltd. First, the paper looks back the innovating course of the china's telecommunications industry, introduces the change of the competition situation in Anhwei's telecommunications industry, and then explains the frontal fact with the theory, which productions intensely compete if them have less otherness through the analysis of Cournot model's quantity decision-making and Betrand game. Thirdly, through the specification of foreign telecommunications industry's development and promises of WTO agreement. We prospect the future development trend of china's telecommunications industry. Finally ,the paper points out that we are able to find the chance of survival and development in the future no other than our corporations who keep competition advantage must continue to invent productions, to boost service, to implement brand stratagem, to create otherness , and to upgrade vital ability of competition .
