On Zhang Wentian Thinking, On The Development Of Fair Trade

Zhang Wentian's thought about developing country fair trade is an important achievement of exploring the theory of socialist construction road. It is an important component of Zhang Wentian's economic thought too. Zhang Wentian's thought about developing country fair trade has left a valuable point in the course that the Communist Party of China probed the socialist construction road in fifty or sixty times of the 20th century. And it results from introspection of Zhang Wentian to the theory and practice on socialist road which China and the Soviet Union probed. Famous" 7,000 people's conference" in the Communist party history offered the important historical opportunity for it. Besides, its production could not be separated from Zhang Wentian's understanding of socialist economic construction theory and practice.Part two analyzes Zhang Wentian's idea about developing the country fair trade mainly. From macroscopic and microcosmic, this part concretes to expound necessity and possibility, the measure of country trade, direction of the country trade. Through analyses and explain we can find out clearly the train of the thought. They are "a central issue, two bases, three emphasis". Namely: around how to build socialism; according to the basic principle of Marxism-Leninism, according to the objective reality of China; emphasizing that we must respect the objective economic law, must help to develop the productivity, must help to improve the people's livelihood and consolidate the worker-peasant alliance.Part three puts the stress on expounding method characteristic, thought value, andsums up briefly the historical limitation and historical destiny of it.
