This paper details the actuality of the foreign trade industry and Xuyang Company, found out the key of solving the problem. From the aspect of management, technology, opportunity, cost, the necessarily and feasibility of E-commerce marketing is analyzed, utilize information and data collected , to the current situation of international, domestic E-commerce environment , trade and E-commerce application of trade company analyse, combine terms and trade characteristic had inside the company on the basis of practical , make the master plan of company' s E-commerce. Decompounding the master plan below several parts:First, the plan and implement of the E-commerce platform, confirmed the goal and the integer plan, decompounding the integer plan as OA, website and the connection of inside and outside network.Second, the plan and implement of the E-commerce management. The content include the goal of E-commerce, the E-commerce marketing, order process, the plan of supply chain conformity and the management of website.Third, the performance evaluation of the E-commerce management. Set up a model of E-commerce performance evaluation, evaluate the performance from informational level, financial. The result as the consult of the management of E-commerce.Through plan and implement course intact analysis and description to one traditional enterprise according to actual conditions done E-commerce, hope to offer a mode of consulting for similar enterprise's operation E-commerce.
