The market competition to china is fierce day by day after China's accession to the WTO, the market-oriented degree improves constantly, People begin to realize that corporate credit has more and more important strategic meaning for the surviving and developing of the corporation. In fact, enterprises have already entered into the stage for competition of credit after the price competition, the quality competition and the service competition. In order to strengthen the competitiveness of Chinese enterprise in the world market, the theoretical research of enterprise credit must be paid more attention.Base on this, this paper straights face to the phenomena of corporate credit crisis, proceeds from the analysis of customer value, anatomy the influence corporate credit lack impacts on customer's value from many angles ,and utilizes the mathematics model that the author puts forward, Namely utility reduce model, Cost magnify model and diffuse of credit lack model etc. In the way of determining the nature and combining together with the ration, discusses the harms to customer value taken by credit lack of enterprise and evaluates them with quantization.This paper breaks through the ancient research finitude of determining the nature to the credit lack by the establishing of mathematics model, and gives the ration models, thereby gives the analysis and explanation of ration. It makes certain that enterprise credit is important in the field of marketing, and inaugurates new way of innovation of customer value, at the same time, it also provides new thought of getting continuous competition advantages, that is enhancing credit construction of the enterprise. Base on these, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and advice to strengthen the credit construction of the enterprise. In order to mold credit idea and contract mechanism again, thereby upgrade customer value, Drive the market economy of our country to be healthy, orderly development.
