With China joining WTO, Chinese private enterprise incorporated international market become the inexorable trend and the market competition will be fierce day by day . The private enterprise should be developed, talents competition will be a key in the market competition. Human resource management will be the important subject of the private enterprise management.TJ Company is a medium and small-scale private enterprise growing up fast in Nanning, feeling the competition pressure brought talent competition deeply in the fierce market competition,while the questions existing in enterprise's human resources management. Seting up normal human resources management system is an active demand.To solve the problem of management of human resource which the private enterprise meets in the course of growing up, this text takes TJ Company as an example, combine relevant human resource management practice and theory, on the basis of fully grasping firsthand materials , expecting that there are certain reference meanings to the human resources management of the private enterprise while growing up.This thesis full text is divided into six chapters. Chapter one is the foreword , introducing the importance of human resources management and meaning of human resources management of the private enterprise. Chapter two introduce the overview of human resources management of private enterprise. Chapter three introduce background to TJ Company , earring on questionnaire investigation to TJ Company's human resource current situation, and summarizing the current situation according to the investigation result. Chapter four and chapter five is diagnosed and analysed about TJ Company's human resources question from the respects , such as personnel's disposing, incentive mechanism and corporate culture ,etc, and pass human resources management procedure and the life cycle theories of enterprises, to defining post responsibility, standardizing the working routine, the performance management, the system of the salary and enterprise's cultural construction to propose planning and the suggestion. Chapter six is a conclusion, the ones that put forward human resource management and design which be hearted.
