With the openning chinese capital market and the entering WTO of china,more and more international capitals are coming into china ,playing more and more important role in guiding market.The competition of capital market will be much severer.It will be more difficult for our enterprises to rely on their situation at present .At the same time,with the deepening of reformance of our insurance ,medical system and medical flowing system ,the structure of herbal industry ,the structure of enterprises's orgernization ,the structure of products & administrative procedure should be adjusted ergently. A lot of changes will be considered as opportunities and challenges to our Chinese herbal enterprises.The MSHE of SiChuan province about how to face these challenges ,how to develop ,how to select developmental stategy ,and how to relize stategy ect, Will be the key problemes to the administrations as well as government. Because the MSHE must solve these problems ,it is valuable to study development strategy of MSHE in SiChuan province .The target of this thesis is :depending on basic principle ,and the internal and external analysis of MSHE's environment ,in order to build a strategy which will be reasonable to the future of MSHE,and a series of measures will be deliverd to realize these strategies , and other MSHE will draw lessons from this research.The main contents include :1.Finding problems :why & how to study ? This part includs preface;the introduction of background & aim of this thesis ,the period of time of research and objects ,the theory & method , as well as logical structure.2.Analyzing problems: defining conceptions ,studying the conditions of confinement & restraint ,building some basic purposes ,the analysis of environment. This part includs:Chapter One : the evolution course of strategic theory ,the analytic frame of this thesis ,explanation of relative conception & terminology as well as limited conditions .Chapter Two:(1)environmental analysis of internal & external factors,then analysis of opportunities & challenges by means of EFE & CPM.(2)the basic situation of MSHE in Sichuan province.3.Solving problems : the selection of strategy , the measures of realizing strategy .This part includes :Chapter Three : taking two typical enterprises for example,the whole research was carried on.Chapter Four : some problems which should be paid attention to and some measures to be taken.4.Conception :a)concentrating on herbal business and taking special collective strategy will be exsistent & developmental basis to MSHE.b)Reasonable adjustment of resources & taking proper measures are the key to realize strategic targets .key measures are as follow :1)building effective information system;2)building strict effective and brief internal system of administration;3)building effective mechanism of encouragement & selecting talent;4)proceeding market effectively.The herbal enterprises's developmental strategy and measures will be very valuable to research ,not only because the herbal industry is a rising sun industry ,but also because the herbal industry is more importantin whole medical industry,it is a ideal direction for investment,as well as the importance of its complecity ,liquidity ,competition & system. Only these enterprises which have insight of threads of industry ,which is good at study ,and which can make fully use of their own resources can exsit through competion in the future . The strategic management is a dynamical course .We will continue to study those problems which appearsl in the developmental course ,and theoritically needs to be made better gradually.
