There are 4,103 kinds of Chinese medicine, 102 kinds of animal medicine and 38 kinds of mineral medicine in it. Sichuan has come to the first place in all the country with its whole amount of preserving being more than one thousand millions kilogram. The enterprise of Traditional Chinese Medicine has powerful breath in Sichuan. Sichuan province has also been trying to establish six systems for medicine industry. That,s the nuclear technology of medicine industry and innovation system, the medicine industry resource system, the medicine processing system, the market and currency system and the modern international Traditional Chinese Medicine system.The favorable circumstance has offered an unprecedented opportunity for the development of Sichuan Traditional Chinese Medicine. SD medical university has also fully used this chance to try to transform its scientific and technological educational advantages to realistic productivity. SH Limited joint-stock Company of pharmaceutical industry and KH Limited Liability Company of medicine drinking tablet were respectively established in 1996 and 1999. They have adopted different management patterns. SH Limited joint-stock Company of pharmaceutical industry has adopted the standard running way of modern enterprise system and has realized the transparency of productive power, the distinction between power and responsibility, the dividing administration from enterprise, the scientific management. In short years, the company has achieved splendid achievements. KH Limited Liability Company of pharmaceutical industry has adopted the running pattern of Limited Liability Company for which the second department of school and the shareholder having close connection with the school will investment which adopted the traditional state-running management pattern, only to lead the company to an unprofitable state in succession.Through the contrastive study on the two affiliated pharmaceutical company that associated with SD medical university, the author find that the differences among the share-power structure, the governing structure and the management system are the radical reason for the great difference in running the two companies. The author associated that all of our medical schools have the history of starting practical laboratory, and the case analysis of the two pharmaceutical companies which affiliated SD medical college has offered them a valuable reference and absorption. According to this, a set of tactics and suggestions on how to run pharmaceutical enterprise well have been presented in the article.There are four parts in the article. The preface introduces the purpose and signification of choosing the subject. For the first chapter, the author has introduced the fundamental case and running way of the two companies. For the second chapter, according to the contrastive analysis of the differences in the direction of tactics, the way of fund raising and financial state, the pattern of producing and management, the pattern of sale, the construction of enterprise culture and the management of manpower resource between the two companies, the author has unveiled the radical reason that gave the different result in running the two companies.
