Medical health administrative management organization undertakes manyresponsibilities, including promoting medical health system reform, food and drugsafety supervision and management, making corresponding health, food safetystandards and technology. These functions develop and permeate to the people’s dailyevery aspect of life. In recent years, the attention, sensitivity, expectation of the socialfor medical health, food safety and so on unprecedented increase. Vigorouslydeveloping medical health service has become the important content to improvepeople’s livelihood, and medical health management organization will play a leadingrole on promoting the reform and development of medical health service. Medicalhealth management organization’s work will get more attention, and the good or bad ofmedical health management organization performance will have an important impact onthe medical health system reform.This paper takes China’s health management organization performance evaluationas the research object, expounds the research background, research purpose andsignificance and so on, describes the domestic and international health managementorganization performance and the key success factors in the assessment of performanceevaluation research, and discusses the medical health management organizationperformance assessment of the present situation and the existing problems. Byconstructing China’s health management organization performance evaluation indexsystem, and by factor analysis, extracting for six male factors, at last with maximumlikelihood classification validating the model fitting degree. The results show that fittingdegree is good. Through the correlational analysis, we know that the influencing factoractions to the medical health management organization performance, and based on thatwe get the importance sorting of dimensionality, propose measures to improve thecountry’s medical management organization performance, and provide guidance formedical health management organization future work, so as to improve the country’smedical management organization management level, better service to the people, andservice to the modernization construction.Through theoretical analysis and empirical study results, the conclusions are asfollows:(1) initially constructs our medical health management organization that basedon key success factors of performance assessment system, research shows that the system which consists of six dimensions,20key success factors has good reliability andvalidity. Through the total score of the questionnaire performance verification analysisto see, this questionnaire has good prediction effect, and there are significant effectbetween a key success factors and20actual performance. This questionnaire can beused as the country’s medical management organization performance test tools in furtherresearch.(2) through the frequency analysis, more than85%of the people think aboutthe20key success factors of《the Chinese government medical health managementorganization performance assessment questionnaire》 are important. Through thedifferences significant test of the demography variable we can obtain that: the age inperformance evaluation of the government medical health management organization hasno significant difference, the gender in "decision and responsibility of the organization "dimensions has significant difference, the degree in "the information" dimensions hassignificant difference.(3) through the regression analysis of the observation variablesand potential variable find that, the influence of the government study to"policy-oriented and image" is the largest, the innovation ability to "communication"has greatest influence, market regulation has greatest influence to "information ", andthe influence of command motivation to "organization internal management" is thelargest.
