Human right is a matter that has been evolved as the human knowledge. Up to today, the tendency of internationalization of human rights becomes more and more obvious. Western developed country especially the U.S.A., exports western view of value and political system by means of human rights, even takes it as strategic artifice of upholding its hegemony and expanding its sphere of influence. Uncover the essence and harm of western view of human rights timely, expound that of Marxism profoundly, reveal the consistency of democracy and human rights of socialism, give people a warning in the background of internationalization of economy.The topic uses necessary analogy, induction, analysis and comprehensive method. Through the analyzing of theory basis, main point and essence of the form and establishment of the two kinds of human rights, inspect the inner history logic in which they exist, try to summarize the generality and individuality of the two views of human rights, then on the basis of state system of human rights, according to the development of world policy and economy after the war, explain the value orientation and practice effect of the two views. Explore our relative method upon the clash of the two views and study our countermeasure.
