| 1,Main content and view of the thesisThe thesis is mainly divided into "Asian financial crisis ", "Argentinean financial crisis "," comparative analysis of these two financial crises" and the fourth parts "two financial crises offer the countermeasures of the enlightenment of our country and strict precautions against financial crisis ". Two parts in the front are from the backgrounds of the crises and origin cause of formation separately, the form of the expression of the crises and also their countermeasures or characteristics, all the above come to summarize and introduce the situations of Asian financial crisis and Argentinean financial crisis. The part of "comparative analysis of these two financial crises", carries on comparative analysis to the above content especially:(1) Comparison of two crises' backgrounds. It is not one thing of accomplishing in one move. The financial crisis which takes place in a country or an area, is backed by various kinds of results with interactive factors or contradictions. The financial crisis is only the result. So the author plans to focus on the financial crisis from the aspects of foreign capitals, external debt, policy of expansion, exchange rate system, stock market state, international revenue and expenditure, etc., and compare the reasons behind the crisis through multidimensional degree.(2) Comparison of two forms of expression of crisis. Come to compare from two aspects mainly. One aspect is the comparison between the form of expression of crises of various countries in Asia and the form of expression of Argentinean crisis; the other aspect is the comparison of the negative effects to the country.(3) Comparison of the countermeasures adopted by the countries in the crises. There are a lot of questions that history leaves over, showing a lot of questions existing on the finance, such as, the high rate of non-performing assets of state-run commercial bank, the improvable financial supervision.
