Since 2007, the financial crisis beginning from U.S has been sweeping the world, affecting almost every corner of the economic world. The financial crisis has far-reaching implications on the global politics and economy, and becomes the focus of the international community.The subprime mortgage crisis from the burst of speculative real estate market bubble in the U.S. spreads rapidly, resulting in a lot of countries' financial plight and the global financial crisis.U.S. over-consumption and excessive financial innovation and expansion, and pursuing financial liberalization, market liberalization and other concepts in recent years, is the main reason leading U.S. financial crisis even the world financial crisis.The financial crisis shows that the financial innovation can spread and transfer risk, but can not eliminate it, the problem will eventually be reflected in the real economy. The financial crisis shows that the main problem exists in the over-innovation of financial product and seriously lack of financial supervision. The government does not have strong enough norms and constraints on the complex financial product innovation, and the risks implied in the frenzied financial speculation.Since China's financial business has been developing rapidly, and expanding the openness continuously, a careful analysis of the financial crisis, especially the gains and losses of financial regulation by Western developed countries, is of great practical significance for the perfection of the socialist financial legal system, strengthening financial supervision and preventing the financial risk in the financial development and liberalization.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the general theory of financial crisis, the causes of the financial crisis and the impact of financial crisis, analyzes and summaries the theoretical of the financial crisis, and makes a systematic explain on the financial crisis. The second part introduces the basic theory of financial supervision, focusing on the model of financial supervision, the subject of financial regulation and the value of financial supervision law.The third section summarizes the relevant literature and research of financial supervision, focusing on the lack of financial regulation to lead to a financial crisis erupted in the United States and spread to the rest of the world, especially of the United States in processing the financial crisis financial regulatory measures taken by the pros and cons and gaps.The fourth part is to introduce the current situation of China's financial supervision, focusing on the insufficient part of China's current financial supervision.The fifth part focuses on the enlightenment that the financial crisis gives to improve the financial supervision of China, and comes to the conclusion of the thesis. Although the Western countries, especially the United States has relatively sound financial regulatory system, but its complex financial system, product and technology innovation make the monitoring still weak. China's financial regulatory situation is worrying, it should Compare the domestic and foreign financial regulatory systems, consider the lessons of the financial crisis, and vigorously improve the financial supervision.According to the subject's background of the study and research, this study mainly uses the following methods.First, the literature study. In this study, literature study is the most important research method, using various kinds of resources collecting datas relating to the financial crisis, domestic and international financial regulation and the relationship between them, to understand the relevant research in the field, and to determine the initial whole idea,the preliminary research subject and research purposes of the thesis, providing a theoretical basis for this article.Second, interdisciplinary study, mainly from two different angles of economics and law, to analyze financial supervision and the financial crisis. Using U.S. financial crisis as the starting point to explore issues related to financial regulation and the financial crisis, then getting the enlightenment on China's financial supervision. Analysis of the financial crisis mainly use economic point of view and methods, and as the financial supervision issue mainly use legal tools. Combined the analysis of two angles, to discuss the enlightenment of the financial crisis on China's financial supervision.Third, using comparative research methods. Comparing the difference between the United States and China in the financial regulatory,then on the basis of the comparison to discuss the enlightenment of the financial crisis on China's financial supervision.
