The main reseach are as follows:First of all, the paper analyses the product quotation method of the domestic and international manufacturing company now, combining the particularity and complexity of the mould goods, and puts forward an effective quotation method that is suit of mould enterprise in our country. Secondly, based on analysing of mathematics model to mould cost, the mathematics model of main material cost is set up; especially worker fee cost is studied deeper. Thirdly, processing cycle of machine goods is researched and corresponding mathematics model is set up. Fourthly, set up the price theory model of the mould. Combining the book of mould valuate method consult manual" and some actual conditions of mould factories, five kinds of methods: Weight method; Man-hour method; Unit's weight method; Man-hour addition method; Similar comparative method are constructed and appraised. Fifthly, the paper utilize the fuzzy mathematics principle to analyse model setting up, model discerning, fuzzy decision-making process of fuzzy mathematics, the conclusion is drawn that we appraised mould cost with fuzzy similar comparative method, with fuzzy mathematics the expert's behavior is simulated as well as the useful information is drawn lastly,the fuzzy similar appraisal mathematics model on basic of man-hour method is set up, the characteristic factors to describe automobile covering of mould and coefficient of influence factor to synthetically judge similar work are confirmed which Raises the precision of price By mathematics foundation, work characteristic sureness, influence factor sureness, management of sample data, etc. of weight of factor of model, the paper set up more intact theoretical system of mould price estimate with fuzzy similar comparative method.Utilizing existing computer , communication , network technology , according to man-hour method and fuzzy similar comparative method, develop the auxiliary quotation prototype system of automobile covering mould , it is easy and simple to handle, it's result correspond to reality, and make better effect.
