| The subcontract project is an effective way for Chinese aviation to enter the global economic circulation, improve the manufacturing capability and management level, and connect the manufacturing technology of Chinese aviation enterprises with the world advanced one. Nowadays, Some irremissible problems exist in the subcontract project of Chinese aviation enterprises, which are the imperfect organization, the behindhand technical standards, the lower manufacture, the ineffective management, the differences of ideas and enterprise cultures, and so on. Much conflict caused by these problems counteracts the development of Chinese subcontract project. Based on the analysis of the conflict, this paper has been analyzed completely the conflict between the product departments in the subcontract project of Chinese aviation enterprises. By building an appraisement model, the resolvent and the strategy have been established.The relationship between the conflict level and the organizing efficiency shows an inverted U. Much higher or lower conflict level makes against the favorable performance. Therefore, it is essential for the subcontract project to keep the conflict on an appropriate level. In this paper, the type, the effect and the reason of conflict in the subcontract project of Chinese aviation enterprises, have been analyzed firstly. Then, for a concrete conflict, the conflict characteristics and the conflict intensity have been done. The conflict can be kept on a favorable level by collecting the credible data of enterprises, applying the mathematic model to appraise the conflict level existed in the subcontract project, and taking some measures to resolve or promote the conflict. Thirdly, combining the fact, the resolvent of conflict has been investigated. The measures of conflict precautions for both the higher conflict level and the lower conflict level have been suggested, which are helpful for the conflict management in the subcontract project of Chinese aviation enterprises. |
