Management Of The Aviation Subcontract Production Project Development Phase

The subcontract project is an effective means to improve the manufacturing capability and connect to the world advanced manufacturing technology, such as quality control and management for China aviation industry. It is also an effective method for our aviation industries to entry to the world economic cycle. However, the current subcontract project in our enterprise, especially at development stage, has many problems in production schedule and quality control etc. It needs to be improved urgently for subcontract project management. This paper indicates that the correct project management concept must be set up first, and then project management should be improved under actual organization of an enterprise. In the paper, we analyze the process planning method, which is a key process at development stage of subcontract project. We also put forward a parallel management concept and the implementation method of process planning. In order to control the development period effectively, we study the characteristics of subcontract project production plan, establish a multi-level integrated planning system and an effective project control system.
