Time, resource and cost are three key factors in project management whose management is called data management. Based on the characteristics of Aviation products, this paper mainly focus on the research of data management technology in the process of project running. This paper has discussed the modeling of data management based on Petri Net (DM/TN), summarized how to resolve conflict using DM/TN in the process of project running, researched the integrated adjustment technology that is used to control the three key factors, and partially realized the development of prototype system.The main contents of the paper are summarized as follows:1. Modeling of data management based on Petri Net. This paper has analyzed the problem which being in data management of Aviation project, deficiency of traditional data management models, and built DM/TN based on Petri and classification model applied to data management of Aviation project.2. The recognition and resolvent of conflicts. This paper has analyzed the origin and sort, brought forward disassemble-recombine method based on DM/TN to settle conflicts which appeared on the process of project running, and established PRI system.3. The data integrated harmony technology to control the three key factors. The adjustment methods based on DM/TN, which include: time-resource harmony, resource-cost harmony, cost-schedule harmony.4. System development. Based on the research mentioned above, the paper has designed and developed the data management system with Visual C++.NET, ASP.NET and Java Applet.5. System application. The achievement in the research has been put into use on the 04 sect of a certain airplane-body. It has been preliminarily proved that the conclusion is correct.
