I analyzed the real situation in the west part of our country basing on my investigation, and set forth the significance of strategic development policy of using information modernization to bring along industrialization in this region, and tentatively bring forward some measures to drive information modernization in the west part.In this thesis, some special index is computed and compared through referring to some data, and the big gap between the west and the east part of our homeland is researched by using some numerical values, and the resistance and obstruction in the information modernization of the west part is studied. Moreover, I try to probe into the approach and measure of the building of west part's information modernization through planning, analyzing, designing and integrating ChengHe Coal's Bureau information system. I think, the information system can become an example of enterprise management information in the west region, and we can use it as reference to dispose many problems such as how to strengthen the managing level of enterprise, how to buildup the capacity of production and dispatching, how to boost the economic benefit of society, how to drive the construction of information modernization in the west part of our country, etc.In a word, to reduce the gap between the east part and the west part in our country, it is necessary that the government and the east part give their help to the west. Besides, the west part should catch the opportunity of development, search after the progressive countermeasure actively to resolve the difficulties and problems according to the feature of each region, and emphasize the enterprise's transition from traditional business to electronic business, and realize the span of development in the west part at last.
