Regional Ecological Management Models And Evaluation Studies

With the aggravation of global environmental crisis, people have already realized the importance of environmental protection and ecological management, and are searching new management means and tool positively. The thesis aims to solving the problem of mode choosing and appraising in regional ecological management, using the combination method of quantitative research and qualitative research.At first, the thesis explained the necessity of regional ecological management and important meaning of the research of regional ecological management mode. Also, as the theoretical foundation of the thesis, the thesis made a survey and summary of the relevant theory. Through the researching analysis and summarizing of current situation of regional ecological management in different countries, the thesis put forward four kinds of basic modes of regional ecological management clearly, and made a description of each mode's quality and characteristic. Then through real surveying and studying, it summarized the ecological management modes of Dalian city on the spot.The thesis used next proposition formulation of regional ecological efficiency to calculate the regional ecological efficiency of Dalian city.According to the result, the thesis appraised the regional ecological management mode to the Dalian city. Based on this, the conclusion of the thesis was drawn. That is that in various kinds of regional ecological management modes, the regional ecological industry network mode improve the whole regional ecological efficiency remarkably and it is the ideal choice of regional ecological management.Based on the above researching achievement, the thesis further analyzed the current pollution and environmental management situation of our country. Then, it analyzed the opportunity and challenge of Chinese regional ecological management faced to under the existing conditions and corresponding suggestion was put forward to the specific region's sustainable development and ecological management.In the last part of the thesis, what has been not enough studied to the thesis was summarized, and the further research direction was also prospected.
