Industrial Planning Analysis And Research Of The Construction Of Dujiangyan Ecological Industrial Demonstrative Region

The construction of ecological industrial demonstrative region (EIDR) is a vital act in implementing the sustainable development strategy. As a brand-new practical mode of Regional Economy, the development of EIDR will facilitate the regional ecological safety and the sustainable, healthy development of the regional national economy, industries, and society.The construction of Dujiangyan EIDR is a historical opportunity caused by the Grand Development of West China. The industrial planning analysis is the primary task of the successfully constructing EIDR. But as far as EIDR is concerned, the problems of how to appraise systematically the industrial status, how to plan industrial structure frame, and how to determine reasonably the industrial distributing pattern lack adequate theoretical research. The thesis makes a creative and scientific research to the industrial planning of EIDR based on thorough investigation and accurate data.First, the thesis briefly introduces the subject-selecting background, primary contents of research, and the practical significance of the thesis. Then, the thesis analyses the emergence, evolution and the theoretical basis of EIDR and its industrial planning. And then, based on relative theories of Industrial Economy and Regional Economy, the thesis analyses objectively the natural and social environment of Dujiangyan, especially analyses in detail the favorable impact of ecological environment of Dujiangyan upon its EIDR from the three aspects of ecological value, social value and economic value. The thesis then creatively constructs a model for evaluation system of the status of various ecological industries in Dujiangyan. The evaluation system is composed of three dimensions of indexes of development potential, scale of industry and relativity of industry with eight quantitative indexes of market potential, supply potential, scale of industry, scale of production value, scale of output, scale of profits and taxes, scale of employment, and impact power and degree of industry. Through the combination of the on-the-spot investigation data with the official statistics, and the combination of quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, the author reaches the following conclusions: ecological tourism and ecological agriculture are the supporting or leading industries of the construction of Dujiangyan EIDR because of their immense development potential, massive scale of industry, and great relativity of industry; ecological forestry, water resource industry, and product processing industry are precursory industries because of their great development potential, great relativity of industry, but relatively smaller scale of industry; green Chinese traditional medicine industry and green real estate industry are increasing industries because of their great potential of industry, but relatively smaller scale of industry and relativity of industry. And then, based on the Industrial Structure Upgrading Theory of Industrial Economy, the author plans the frame of Dujiangyan ecological industry structure; and based on the Spot-and-axe Theory in the Industrial Distribution Theory, the author makes an industrial distribution planning for Dujiangyan. And last, based on the author's investigation and forecasting, the thesis typically analyses the industrialized projects that Dujingyan EIDR should develop as the supplement and demonstration of the thesis.
