Enterprises of continuous flow are playing more and more important roles in our Economic structure. Factories of pharmacy, petrochemistry, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, environment protection and so on are the kind of corporations. Connatural problems are exposured during their development, but in a pretty long time, the kind of corporations are protected by the government policy due to their status of monopoly, those uncovered questions are not received recognation. WTO getting close to economy, more and more enterprises began to look for methods to sovle the problems.Currently, most restrictions of development are that information flow is not fluent, throughput is not optimal, and inventory is not rational. Although most plants have adopted ERP, effect of implement is still not content.The paper is concentrating on above-mentioned questions. Qualitative analyses and quantitative analyses are used in order to put forward a practical model. Speciality of the industry determines the importance of material stocks, so it is the point, which is not caused enough attention in our academic research. The construction is following. Firstly the matter is brought forward, correlative theories are expatiated. Secondly actualities are listed and the general model is introduced, it is divded into three stages, every resposibility is clearly set down to each deparment. The first stage is mainly responsed by decision-making deparment. Firstly initial products group is gained, then improved group is gotten by using dual theory and sensitivity analysis, because actual demand is not fixed, wavy area of stocks is confirmed. The second stage is performed by supply deparment. According to stocks strategy and prescription supply department conclued consuming quantity of raw materials. With this raw materials are differented by three categories and managed seperatedly. The last stage is the control of WIP. After the introdution, a demonstration of pharmacutical factory is given to analyze the model. At the end of the paper conclusion is drawn and research prospect is indicated. |
