| With the high development and the widely application of information technology, information industry has become the power of national economy and the base for strengthening comprehensive national strength. Software industry as an important part of our information industry has deeply developed which is supported by capitalization. But there are many problems existing in management, technology and person, which lead to the low standardization and lead to that the software product quality can not be assured. It has been the large barrier to developing our software industry.According to these statuses, this paper put forward that guiding the Chinese software enterprises to handle the software process activities based on the thoughts of Knowledge Management. Regarding the popular CMM as the frame and standardizing the knowledge of software process, and gaining, communicating, sharing and innovating knowledge by knowledge handling activities are put forward, and software process is improved at last.This paper has finished three major works as follows:Firstly, Comparing with the methods and models used to instruct improving software process, CMM is regarded as the appreciate frame to handle knowledge management during software process.Secondly, analyzing the knowledge management context, giving the strategies for Knowledge Management, giving the model for knowledge handle of the software process, this will instruct software enterprises to standardize the knowledge of software process and to improve software process.Finally, the strategies for the knowledge management based on CMM in our software enterprises are put forward. |
