Oriented Extended Enterprise Supply Chain Management System

With the development of technology, the management process and the organization have being taken great changes. The traditional manufacture mode cannot adapt to the changes of the market and demands of customers. Based on all the changes, the Extended Enterprise was produced. So the study of new management mode adapts to the Extended Enterprise has become a hotspot. In this paper, the supply chain management system face to Extended Enterprise was researched.In the paper,the background and significance of Extended Enterprise was discussed in the first chapter. In the second chapter, the building process and key technologies were discussed. In the third chapter, the supply chain management mode was founded according to characteristics of Extended Enterprise and supply chain management. Based on analyses in second and third chapter, each of product plan mode and cost control mode of supply chain management system face to Extended Enterprise were discussed in detail in the forth and the fifth chapter. In the sixth chapter, functional design of supply chain management system face to Extended Enterprise was introduced in brief, because of limited time and energy, only product plan mode and cost control mode was designed.
