The Research And System Design Of Supply Chain Management In Petrochemical Enterprise

In the 21st century, all enterprises will face more severe challenge. In the past, the competition appeared among enterprises, nowadays the competition takes place among supply chains. With the pressure coming from China's joining in WTO and the new ability offered by information and correspondence technology, an effective supply chain is serving as a vital part in making an enterprise keep succeeding in the commercial globalizing world. Now supply chain management has become the main content of international enterprise management and the developing direction of domestic enterprise administration. Supply chain management is the key in opening market, reducing the stock, perfecting purchasing of raw and parts materials, and is also indispensable in improving the level of last product sale. This thesis has supplied some existent problems of supply chain management in petrochemical industries of China, through the theoretical research on supply chain management and the actual investigations of petrochemical enterprises. These problems are existing in other trade too. To these questions, this paper has put forward some corresponding improvement measure.Today, the information technology has played an enormous support role for high-efficient supply chain management, has strengthened the management of supply chain in enterprises. The information system is the premise and guarantee to realize the management of supply chain.
