More and more people have recognized the important meaning of marketing toward the enterprises that are controlled by market economy condition. The marketing tactic has become a necessary link for the enterprises to acquire the competitive advantage and keep sustainable development.According to the general connotation of marketing management, this paper combines with our enterprise's concrete situation and effective measure. There are as follows contents in this paper. First, it analyses the external environment of LDZ Spandex Company Limited. Afterward it analyses the internal environment of LDZ's. Subsequently it designs the marketing strategy and tactic for LDZ's future, involving some author's suggestions and methods such as strengthening and consummating Green Marketing, Internet Marketing and Relationship Marketing.This paper is based on a lot of LDZ's detailed information and under the guidance of 4Cs&4Ps marketing theories. It applies such skills as SWOT analyse, Competitive Opponents compare, PLC theory, trying to impersonally study LDZ's marketing tactic.
