By expanding the personal bank affairs, we can decrease the risk of management, increase the competition capability in international financial affairs.This article mainly research how the Nanjing branch bank of Huaxia bank improve the competition capability, by utilizing itself recourses and ability, developing merits and overcoming shortcomings, combining the exterior chances and interior predominance, constituting development strategies that adapting the environment of interior and exterior. In the end, the bank form predominance in personal bank affairs.This article summarizes personal bank affairs of commercial bank, describes the status of personal affairs in the Nanjing branch bank of Huaxia bank. By using the method of SWOT, we analysis the chance and menace of exterior environment, the merit and shortcoming of interior environment, and on this basis, we constitute the strategy of developing personal affairs.
