Scorecard Applied Research In The Evaluation Of Corporate Performance

Along with the coming of knowledge economic era and the further development of globalization, the enterprise has to face rapid changed environment and tough competition. It is very important to the success of the enterprise to establish a system to evaluate the enterprise performance and the strategic execution timely and accurately.As an effective tool of management, the Balanced Scorecard had been widely applied in the evaluation of the enterprise performance. More and more attention had been paid to the issue of how to use this tool effectively.In this thesis we analyze the issues of the Balanced Scorecard, discuss the key problems in the process of applying the Balanced Scorecard to assess the enterprise performance. Through the case analysis we systematically illustrate the issues of how to use the Balanced Scorecard to check the enterprise performance comprehensively and also introduce the method of setting the strategy, designing the index, setting the standard of performance, appraising the performance and planning the floating salary. The fundamental purpose of the dissertation is to offer an available reference for applying the Balanced Scorecard.
