| Along with the entry to WTO, economic globalization, trade freedom and information society, enterprise management has faced more and more challenge and pressure. So the enterprise integrated performance evaluation which is more impersonal and more scientific is needed, and leading the behavior of operator and staff by the evaluating and weighing contents and the corresponding inspiring system, and verifying and modifying the enterprise strategy hypersis by the result of computing, and evaluating the effect of implement of enterprise development strategy, and then provide the guide-report of strategy rectifying.The article applied the balanced scorecard to the enterprise in china, and used the advantage and defect for reference, and provided the method to set up the enterprise integrated performance evaluation model by theoretical and practical sides. Based on the function and structure of BSC, the article has analyzed the cause-effect chains, and modified the shortage of BSC, and builded the theoretical enterprise integrated performance evaluation structure which contains three levels like enterprise, department and employee, and includes five dimension like finance value, client and market, inside operational flow, study and shapeing, and other profit relatives.The article has measured and evaluated the enterprise integrated performance evaluation index data by qualitative and quantitative ways, used in-outside expert group mark method and ANP to decide the index's weight which manifest the influence and impact among the enterprise integrated performance evaluation indexes.The article expatiated the mapping of ERP system and BSC's constitute to make some innovation in enterprise integrated performance evaluation based on the virtue of BSC and ERP system. The information system of enterprise integrated performance evaluation is built up from theoretical and practical sides, by explaining the function frame and operation principle.At last, the article has choosen a trade company as an example to illuminate the processs of the enterprise integrated performance evaluation. The department's data is used to explain how to apply ANP in SD software to verify the application effects. |
