The Analysis, Based On The Values ​​of Human Resource Management - Ge Human Resources Management System

Enterprise values is the direction and standard of the value that built by enterprise to pursue their mission and achieve their vision, it's the rules that approved and persisted by the enterprise and it's employees, it's the core factor of the enterprise culture, it's also the expression of one enterprise's personality. Under the more and more intense competition environment, lot's of enterprises have found to build shared values which can promote enterprise's development more sustainable and healthy is urgent priority. The purpose of this article is try to build a VBHRM(Value-based Human Resource Management) through analyzing the values and human resource management system of GE, and the author believed that VBHRM can solve the question during the enterprise try to build their values and want their values can bring real and huge influence.This article was formed by five parts. The first part elaborated the definition, structure, function and feature of enterprise values. Besides, the author summarized the research about Enterprise Values Theory. The second part mainly analyzed the relationship between enterprise values and human resource management. The third part introduced general situation, values of GE and analyzed it's human resource management system deeply. The fourth part told us what we can learn from GE, how to build the enterprise values, and the meaning of the VBHRM. The fifth part is conclusion of the article.Through the analyze, the author believed that enterprises will faced a acute and cruel competition environment than ever before with the globalization. The competition is not only your physical resource, your financial resource, but also your human resource . As the core factor of the enterprise culture, enterprise values will more and more important during the competition. But, if the enterprise values couldn't accept by your employees, it will not bring any benefit to the enterprise. Therefore, combine the success experience of GE, to build the VBHRM, and make the enterprise values to be a strong and lasting power of the development of enterprise will be very important to Chinese enterprises.
