The Scientific Concept of Development is adhering to the human-oriented, comprehensive, coordinate and sustainable development concept. It is an important strategic thinking on the basis of the new stage. Establishing and implementing the scientific development concept benefit the development of society. This article is divided into four sections.The first section: This scientific development concept is a profound summary of the experience gained in the past 20 years . It is a Marxist concept of development that keeps pace with the times.The second section: Analyzing the essence of scientific development concept from the harmony between man and nature and from the all-round development between man and society.The third section: Establishing and implementing the scientific development concept should insist on the unified principle between value and fact, as well as the unified principle between practice and theory.The last section: Establishing and implementing the scientific development concept is a concrete expression of implementation of the "three represents" important thought. Establishing and implementing the scientific concept of development is the necessary requirement for the comprehensive building of a well-off society. it is the further deepening of our Party's understanding of the law governing the socialist modernization drive as well as a leap in our Party's ruling idea.
