New Military Party Oversight Study

This thesis studies the common problems occurring in the supervision inside CPC in terms of the army and makes a thorough and detailed analysis of their causes and adverse effects. In accordance with the special conditions of reform, opening up and building up of the socialist market economy, the thesis applies the dialectical materialism, historical materialism and modem scientific methods, and uses the recent academic achievements in the supervision inside CPC in terms of the army for reference. Based on the Marxist proletariat party construction theory, it keeps the Deng Xiaoping's ideas of the supervision inside the Party as the principle and a series of important dissertation on the supervision inside CPC by the leadership core of the third generation as the guide. Referring to the power restriction theory, it also draws a lesson f:o"n the international communist movement, and the supervision inside the Party in terms of the anny. Moreover, it puts forward some practicable methods to reform and perfect the supervision system inside the Party in terms of the army.
