Corruption and power restricton are contradictory. We focus on building enduring common sound supervision system that disciplines the corruption. It's focus that the whole society universally concerns about that building enduring sound supervision system of the restriction of power.Under the leading of Chinese Communist Party, we have accomplished tremendous achievement at anti-corruption and the advocating of honesty. At the same time, because of the appearance of corruption in certain scopes during the developing process of new system replacing old system, we should not relax our vigilance, moreover soberly know that the problem of corruption continues stretching and worsening.Anti-corruption is a very important job whatever legal government should attach great importance to. The cardinal ways of anti-corruption are the administration from inside and outside and radically reform. We should bring the administration of corruption into the orbit of legal system. The key of anti-corruption lies in the supervision and restriction of strengthening public power into legal scope, to realize long-term enduring historical mission of ensuring public power honest and clean.This thesis takes scouting building sound system of the restriction and the common corruption of power as the main line, analyzing the problem of corruption in China in multi-angles. Firstly, it tries to define the basic definition of corruption clearly in defined scope, going deep into analyzing about the characteristics of corruption and enormous damage which corruption results in society. Secondly, the thesis brings the problem of corruption into specific historical condition. From the relationship of public power and material life condition, it takes deep analysis and inquiry to the social reason, systematic reason and cultural reason, in hope of providing theoretical basis for the systematic designing of anti-corruption on its basis. Thirdly, on the basis of arrangement and analysis of the successful strategy in international anti-corruption, the thesis analyzes interior anti-corruption system and basic method at present. It admits success among it and discovers its shortcoming, in order to provide practical basis for the sound systematic designing. Fourthly, on the basis of using and summarizing interior and exterior experience for reference, it combines the basic condition of China, in accordance with the principle of "power ruled by law", focuses the prevention of corruption and restriction of public power, it provides optimum systematic conception and most enduring supervision system, for anti-corruption and advocating honesty at present China.
