And establish the administrative supervisory system of the mainland of China when we consider about the regional conditions of China. A perfect administrative supervisory systems are included the incorruptible politics supervision and performance supervision and prevention.The three are closely linked.The incorruptible politics supervision is the basic of the effective supervision.The last,I offered to create a new administrative supervisory system on this basis, mainly in independent administrative supervision organs and administrative officer system. Then to reach a conclusion of the effective measures of reform.
