On The Listed Companies Of The Shipping Industry Performance Evaluation System

This dissertation is designed to establish a set of performance evaluation system for maritime listed company in China which includes the following five parts.In the first part there is a definition described for the concept of enterprise performance evaluation. The performance evaluation for the maritime listed company is from the view of the social investors.In the second part there is a detailed introduction for the present performance evaluation system used to make assessment for the maritime listed company which emphasize en the Performance Evaluation System for the owned-country capital.In the third part there is a framework design for the performance evaluation system of maritime listed company which involves three parts. They are performance index, evaluation method and standard value. And the most important part of this article is the designing of the performance index.In the fourth part there are detailed performance indexes designing for the maritime listed company combined with the consideration of the performance evaluation system of the owned-country capital.
