Modern Agricultural Science And Technology Park Run Mechanism

When the agricultures development is on a new stage in China, the hi-tech garden area of modern agriculture (HGAMA) is becoming one of the most important agriculture producing forms, which is leading the development of agriculture in China to turn towards the regional placement, professional producing, standardize products, integrated carry-on, socialization serving and enterprise-like management, etc. That has built a platform for the study, application and promotion of modern agriculture, and it also is an effective carrier, on which the hi-technology of agriculture and producing fall together. After ten-year developing, the hi-tech garden area has taken a key role in resolving the problems of three A-augmenting peasants income, augmenting farming efficiency and augmenting economy development in rural.But there are still lots of problems, which are waiting for being further studied and solved during the running of the hi-tech garden area. And the key is how to set up a systemic and high efficient running mechanism, to ensure the normal running of the area, to show its special characters, to display the its functions, to increase its utility and to accelerate its continuing and healthy developing. Therefore, it is really meaningful to study systemically the running mechanism of HGAMA.This thesis starts for the background, and explores some general questions, briefly analyze the present status, characters, functions and connotation of HGAMA. Based on that, we use examples and inductive method to analyze and criticize the present running mechanism of HGAMA. We put forward the ideas and plant to set up the mechanism. We are hoping to offer some help to those governments and enterprises, which are to set up, and are setting up the HGAMA.
