Financial Crisis Warning

This paper mainly studies the problem of early-warning towards corporate financial distress. Firstly there is an introduction about the financial distress early-warning, including its concept, methods and principals.Chapter 2 first makes a great deal of statistic analysis about the present situation of corporate financial distress. Then on this basis, the paper explores the reasons that lead to the failures of the companies in our country, and in detail, analyses the factors from both the macro- and micro- aspects which result in the corporate financial distress.Finally, the paper puts forward the constructive measures about how to prevent and control the corporate financial distress . In studying the problem about how to make early-warning to corporate financial distress, the paper picks up the financial data of three companies and analyses them using the corporate financial distress models, in order to state how the companies apply the corporate financial distress models to distinguish and prevent the corporate distress.
