The brand is a kind of name, noun, mark, symbol , designing , or the association of those items. Its purpose is to recognize the products or labor service of a certain sale or some sale groups and make it distinguish from the rival' s products and labor service. It is very important for the enterprises ' s survived and development to establish well-known brands. .This paper makes Dalian power Co. Ltd as a sample and proposes the new ideas of strategy of brands with analysing theV.company's advantages, inferior strengthes, chance and threate nnings , etc by some analytic methods: market analysis, financial analyse, environmental competition analysis model, brand strategy analysis model, SWOT analyse model, Grand position Chart, Boston Matrix.This article expounds thought and method of Dalian power Co. Ltd ' s brand development through consulting domestic and international relevant documents ,with combining the company's facts. It points out that Dalian power Co. Ltd must implement brand strategy if it wants to realize its long-term goals becoming the number 1 in its trade. To realize realize the strategic objective , Dalian power Co. Ltd must take a seriesof strategic measures, such as changing the management theory, defining clear management strategy, carrying on correct market orientation, channelling into CIS, etc. Thoses could guarantee the realizing finally of strategic objective of brands .
