Studying On Developing Strategic Plan Of Dalian Airport Modern Logistics

In 21st century, the modern logistics will develop into a rising industry that will become the primitive motivation to the national economy and have a creative effect on the international economy system.As a key sector of modern logistics, the modern air transportation is closely related to it. It is well known that the air transportation is unique for its safety, quickness, convenience and excellent door-to-door service, which just meet the basic requirements of modern logistics. Meanwhile the developing logistics also provides a potential market for the air transportation that is more promising than ever before. China has become a member of WTO, which has promoted Chinese domestic and international trade greatly. So as one of Chinese vital airports, Dalian Airport has realized that it should be capable of providing comprehensive logistic service. They should play an important role in many aspects such as lowering the product cost, improving the quality, protecting the environment and promoting the product circulating. So it will become the most important media that will be able to provide service to the circulation of commodity, goods and information. Therefore, if we want to become a modem logistic center and be more competitive, we will have to make a scientific prediction and analysis on the logistic market, to confirm our developing objective and to invite more foreign investment.This paper will be based on the fact of development of Dalian logistic, take the Dalian Airport as the researching objective and focus on the necessity and possibility of developing modern logistics. I have analyzed the internal and external conditions that will affect the development of Dalian Airport logistics. And my analysis is based the objective and scientific prediction of handling capacity of Dalian Airport. Therefore, I can devise the strategic planning and measure for the logistics development of Dalian Airport. At the same tune, this paper will provide a beneficial local developing model for the whole city's strategic plan of modern logistics development.
