Venture Capital, Manage Risk Evaluation System To Create And Empirical Analysis

A set of integrated and viable system on risk evaluation of management in hi-tech enterprises has unfounded at the initial stage of venture capital in China. From the point of view as a venture capitalist, through methods of system theory, fuzzy-set theory, levels analyzing, multi-level and multi-target-group decision-making with expert authority and fuzzy evaluation, the system with practicability is put forward.The research results of the risk evaluation system was carried out and received from the following five steps: analyzing all risks of hi-tech enterprises in the start-up stage; emphatically analyzing factors affecting the enterprises; founding evaluation targets on the basis of former research results and practical investigation; confirming the authority of evaluation targets and comprehensive evaluation of management risk through AHP method and fuzzy integrated evaluating method; evaluating the managing risk to hi-tech enterprises in the start-up stage through the system and furthermore getting the result. In addition, the practical role, handling method and keeping away and fathering of the evaluation system is put forward.
