Monetary Integration In East Asia To Realize The Conditions, Means And Economic Effects Analysis

Since East Area Finance Crisis in 1997, every country in East Asia has considered the currency cooperation in East Asia. In 2000 Mundell predicted that there would be three currency areas in the world in 10 years. They are EU area, American dollar area and Asian currency area. Perhaps he is optimism, because it would not become truth in 10 years. But we should know that currency integration in East Asia is the tendency. If East Asia currency exists in 10 or more years, every country in East Asia will benefit form the more equal currency system in the world. In this thesis, I operate economic integration theory, international trade theory, and international finance theory to analyze the economic terms for East Asia currency integration to realize, and furthermore to predict the economic effects of East Asia currency integration to every country. So this thesis has very important theory significance. Meanwhile, according to the above analysis, we could get some advices to China for currency integration. These advices will have functions for China to approach benefit and apart from crisis. So it has important realistic significance too.
