Geo-strategy is an analyzing method to analyze and predict the strategic situation and national political behavior basing on the geography factors and political structure, and it is also a useful academic method for a country to constitute policies concerning politics, economy and culture. There were several various geo-strategy ideas in the history of its development, such as "nation organism", "land power theory", "sea power theory" and so on. Above mentioned theories all considered as contradictory the sea-power and the land-power, and such theorists simply thought that every newly-arising country in history made its way in this way. We take a totally different idea from conventional theories, that is, "harmonious theory between land-power and sea-power".Regional economic integration has been the trend in the world, but the steps of regional economic cooperation among East Asian countries which once created the "East Asia Miracle" fall far behind other areas. Two variables are introduced to study China's geo-strategic in the course of East Asian economic integration, including inner variable and outer variable. Inner variable is consisted of China's basic political and economy situation, while outer, variable includes era background, regional environment in East Asia, the relationship between China and other East Asian countries, and the impact of USA. On the basis of above two variables, China's geo-strategy in the course of East Asian economic integration can be concluded as follows: political, economic, and cultural aspects. Economic strategies: to expand vast geo-political economic space; to participate in the course of East Asian economic integration; to defend our geo-economic security. Political strategies: to hold on Five Principles of Mutual Respect and pursue independent and peace diplomatic policy; to establish regional security system in East Asia in orderto create good surrounding geo-political security environment; to deepen economic contacts with East Asian countries in order to realize reunification of the motherland; to solve conflicting problems. Cultural strategies: to communicate cultures with countries in East Asia, to carry out the strategy of going out; to raise the ability to export culture; to defend our national cultural security.
