Aiming at the stagnating situation in which the jiangsu international e-commerce net(www.jsiec. com. en) is operating, the article overally studies its confronting strength, weakness, opportunities, and challenges on the basis of analyzing the web-site' s inside and outside environment. Then the article re-designs the site' s targeting position, development scheme, the site address and the service content.In order to develop the registered member (web-merchant)amount rapidly, perfect its service function, raise the site' s interviewing times, the thesis systematicly researches the application of the product(service), price, promotion, place, politic power, public relations and other strategy tactics in the process of popularizing the site. It' s emphasized the site should strengthen the channel building during popularizing the site and hold the market-oriented view in designing the service content while it tries to seize outside oppurtinities and carries on its own strength.At the present, strong opponents stand in great numbers in the the independent B2B e-marketplace and they have already taken the advantages of decisive occasions. To base itself upon the e-marketplace where the competition is very fierce, the site must shape its own distinguishing feature and lead a differential path. Hence the article designs preliminary schemes respectively as the result of penetratingly exploring the ideas of cyber-fairs and cyber-associations.
