Motivation of employee in pubic sector plays a very important role in Human Resource Management (HRM) of pubic sector, which is combined HRM theory with motivation theory. First of all, this paper introduced relative concepts of motivation & character of employee in pubic sector. Sencondly, some economics motivational theories were explained, also the tactics of motivation were sketched. Third, this paper introduced some means of motivation in pubic sector, and try to found out the roots of the limitations about motivation presently.fourthly, based on some experience in other countries, this paper illuminated the principle & the means about the motivation of employee in pubic sector. Finally, combined with case, this paper shew how to motive the employee in pubic sector effectively.
