To begin with, the thesis has a detailed analysis to present status of the printing works in colleges of Jiangsu province, the high lights of the analysis surrounding the financial status, the staff structure, system reform, production equipment and the general environment which affects the printing works in colleges of Jiangsu province. The author gives a comprehensive evaluation to the financial status of the above mentioned printing works from the ten major index points such as debt paying capacities, profitability, contribution per person. By using the approach of regression analysis, the author creates a regression equation between the yearly sale amount growth rate of the printing works in Jiangsu's colleges and the general scale of colleges who own the students. In the end, the author, integrating the facts of the printing works in Jiangsu's colleges, brings forwards the detailed count-measures to advance the printing works in Jiangsu's colleges: constructing new managing system; creating a good personnel environment; promoting information management; improving throughput and service level and so on.
