With the in-depth development of reform and opening up,China has entered a new era of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.At all levels,state building is advancing toward the "Chinese Dream" that realizes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Non-partisan people in colleges and universities are an important part of the talent team in colleges and universities.Most of them are academic experts,research backbones,and famous teachers in various fields.They play an important role in research,teaching,and management.Combing the current situation and influencing factors of non-partisan groups in colleges and universities,combined with the needs of the new era of socialist construction in China,exploring the mechanism of the role of non-partisan groups in colleges and universities in Guangzhou,and the smooth construction of the "great united front" pattern in the new era It has important significance.Based on the current theoretical system and research status of non-party personages in Colleges and universities in China,this paper takes the problems arising from the non-party personages in Guangzhou universities as the breakthrough point,combines the methods of questionnaire survey and field visits,and understands the status quo of non-party personages in Colleges and universities to play the role of the group,and to serve the non-party personages themselves and the groups in Colleges and universities.The problems existing in the college system of non-partisan groups in Colleges and universities are analyzed,including the imperfection of relevant systems and working mechanisms,the insufficient attention paid to non-partisan groups in Colleges and universities,the lack of effective carriers and platforms for non-partisan groups to play the role of groups,and the imperfection of non-partisan groups themselves.Faced with these factors,we are committed to actively building such important mechanisms as non-partisan group exchange mechanism,talent incentive mechanism,political guidance mechanism and cooperative working mechanism to ensure the full play of the role of non-partisan groups.
