Study On The Innovation Of Local Government Function In School Enterprise Cooperation In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,the national government attaches great importance to the development of Vocational education,and has promulgated a variety of policies and regulations to promote school-enterprise cooperation in Vocational education.However,the effect of its implementation is difficult to say ideal,formalized,superficial,cooperation is not deep enough and other problems still exist,school-enterprise cooperation has not been effectively landed.At the same time,in this process,due to the imperfection of the mechanism and law,and even some enterprises,colleges and universities caused a negative impact,the interests of some students have also been damaged.The reason for these problems,of course,has a great relationship with society,culture,enterprises,institutions and other aspects,but the local government,as the leader of school-enterprise cooperation,undoubtedly needs to bear the main responsibility,the concept of the incorrect understanding and the resulting leading for their own positioning of the inappropriate,inadequate policy-oriented;Imperfect supervisory institutions,too little investment,plus internal and external,political,social,cultural,economic and other environmental factors,all of these restrict and hinder the local government to play its role in school-enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational colleges.In view of this,and based on this and the new public management and other related theories,while drawing lessons from Germany,the United States,the United Kingdom and other countries in Vocational education,this paper takes a province in Jiangxi as an example,put forward specific local governments in China how to properly and fully play their functions in school-enterprise cooperation.Suggestions.Firstly,based on the relevant theories,the analysis of the current industrial situation and the future development direction of Jiangxi Province,as well as the environment faced by the government itself,the role and functions of local government in school-enterprise cooperation are determined,and some corresponding safeguards are put forward from the policy,macro-control and other aspects.
