Nanjing Salt Company Quality Management System

This thesis is based on the project of Nanking salt company carrying out the Is09001:2000 standard .First I study the 1509001:2000 standard carefully and get my own comprehension of it;Secondly I establish the Nanking salt company' s QMS (Quantity Management Systems) according to the IS09001:2000 standard based on their own actual circumstance;Thirdly I study the application of Statistic Method in the QMS;Fourthly I study the Effectiveness of the QMS by two methods: One is got from the systems itself . I use the AHP(the Analytic Hierarchy Process) and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to get it; The other is from the output of the systems-the Customer Satisfaction. Considering the weight of the customers and the evaluating index of Nanking salt company , I use the questionnaire method to get it;At last through the Internal Audit and the Management Review we increase the Effectiveness of the QMS and make the Nanking salt company pass the QMS registration smoothly.
