“Three Senses Community” is a Guiyang model for optimizing the social governance system, and its construction aims to actively create a new type of community where people have a greater sense of access, happiness, and security. At present,Guiyang City is vigorously promoting the construction of “Three Senses Community”.The research content and methodology of this paper can provide some theoretical support, and can also provide a reference for other regions by summarising the construction experience of the pilot project. As the most direct experience and participants of community governance, residents’ satisfaction is closely related to the construction of“Three Senses Community”.The B pilot yard in District Y of Guiyang is one of the pilot buildings of “Three Senses Community” and also a demonstration community of "three-sense community" construction, which is a typical old residential community yard in Guiyang. This paper takes this pilot compound as an example, starts from the construction process, compares the construction situation before and after, and summarises the construction experience.Based on the existing research, the evaluation index system of residents’ satisfaction in the construction of “Three Sense Communities” was constructed based on the ten projects of “Three Sense Communities” in Guiyang, including one primary index,i.e.residents’ satisfaction in the construction of “Three Sense Communities”,three secondary indexes,i.e.sense of access, sense of happiness and sense of security, and 25 tertiary indicators, with the weights of each indicator, determined using the hierarchical analysis method. In the survey process, data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews were conducted to understand the situation, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to quantify and calculate the residents’ satisfaction, the final result is that the satisfaction level of the residents of the B pilot compound with the “Three Senses Community” is between “average” and “relatively satisfied”,close to “relatively satisfied”.The results of the “three senses” were rated from highest to lowest as happiness, security, and access, and the reasons for the low ratings were analyzed in conjunction with the interviews.Based on the above research,we propose countermeasures to enhance the satisfaction of residents in the construction of “Three Sense Communities”,mainly including five aspects: strengthening protection through multiple measures, collaborating with the community, optimizing services for improvement, building a line of defense through comprehensive management, and improving the quality of the environment for effectiveness. |
