China's Modern Enterprise Distribution System Innovation Research

Modern enterprise's distribution system is a kind of science that the owner, operator and common laborers of the enterprise get corresponding remuneration respectively according to certain principles, norms, forms, mechanisms, rules. Within this science, there are mechanism of marketing distribution, mechanism of restriction and balance, mechanism of inherent encouraging and standard mechanism of enterprise income distribution. The innovation of modern enterprise's distribution system means to change existing distribution system and mould a new one that is suit to the socialist market economy system and modern production. After the development of decades, the companies in our country experienced supply distribution system, single centralization distribution system, multi-composition coexisting system. In this article, the author mainly advanced an elementary plan on the innovation of modern enterprise's distribution system, i.e. combination of theory and practice, individual and the whole, ability and performance, profit and risk, moral encouragement and material incentive, long-term and short-term; make researches on several realizations of the policy of distribute according to work and on combination of distribution according to work with distribution according to factors of production. Dealing properly the coexistence of the policy of distribution according to work and other kinds of distribution methods, and at meantime, the relation of priority of efficiency and also fairness; the owners make profits according to their capital, the operators get their payment according to the policy of yearly salary, long-term income system, remuneration according to factors of production and moral encouragement, as to common laborers, they get their pay by implementing working salary, capability salary, structure salary and welfare salary, etc. Meanwhile, In order to make the modern enterprise's distribution system of our country exert the function better, we also need to build other operating mechanism of modern enterprise's distribution system, such as democratic distribution system, distribution supervisory system, distributing marketing system, distribution assurance system.
