Internal Income Distribution System Reform

Distribution of revenue is one of the most concerned issues in enterprises' micro operation. As the reform of distribution system is closely connected with enterprises' fundamental reform , so guided by 《Resolution of several big issues regarding the reform and development of state-owned enterprises》, enterprises are actively carrying out the reform of establishing modern enterprise system and adjusting the structure of system of ownership . The reform of enterprise distribution system has entered a new phase of establishing the system of distribution of revenue suited to modem enterprise system. Establishing modern enterprise distribution system is indispensable to the establishment of modern enterprise system.This paper is positioned within a micro scope , researching the state-owned enterprises in reform and focusing on the companies hold by state or having state shares. It bases on the theory of combining distribution according to work and distribution according to means of production. As for these companies with diversified property right, we need to study not only their modes of reform which have been proved successful and the operations, but also the practice, problems and solutions of the reform.
