Research On Cemented Carbide Industry Technology Innovation Mode And Countermeasures In China

This paper analyzed both domestic and foreign technology innovation and its present theory research situation, and pointed out that technology innovation is a dynamic process that begins with research and development and ends with achieving in market. This paper especially researched the theory of technology innovation diffusion and model, technology innovation and organization innovation, and considered that technology innovation model can be classified to three basic kinds such as self-reliant innovation model, imitation innovation model and cooperation innovation model according to the method of technology innovation. On the basis of theory research, this paper systematically researched the technology innovation history and present situation of our country's cemented carbide industry, and summarized that the essential feature of current technology innovation model is that innovating by imitation as main method and innovating by cooperation as complement. Through analyzing the present situation, competition environment and operation characteristic of our country's cemented carbide industry, this paper expounded the technology innovation feature of large and small cemented carbide firms separately. Using the experience of other countries for reference, this paper concluded that innovating by imitation as main method, by cooperation as complement and also by somewhat self-reliance is the reasonable choice of large-scale cemented carbide firms for their technology innovation, while innovating by imitation is the feasible choice of small-scale cemented carbide firms. After all, this paper put forward a technology innovation countermeasure that a technology innovation system of cemented carbide industry should be built in the structure of national technology innovation system so as to improve the technology innovation standard of our country's cemented carbide industry. This system should be leaded by industry associationcarbide industry. This system should be leaded by industry association and large-scale firms and should be joined by college and technology research institute. In this system, the guide and promotion function of government should be brought into play thoroughly.
