Corruption , called "the cancer of government", is a severe common social problem confronted by every state in the world. The corruption of government officials is very popular, however, because of the disparity of economic, political and social environment, form and force of governing, the degree of corruption is different from each other.With the economic and social change arising from reform and opening to the outside, corruption appears to be more and more serious, permeates in political, economic social and moral fields, and becomes a negative factor that affects the stability of our society and restricts the social development.
